Surrounded by one of the biggest areas of unspoilt wilderness in the world lies a majestic safari lodge. Welcome to Mukambi Safari lodge, the gateway to Kafue National Park. Mukambi Safari Lodge is situated 265 kilometres West of Lusaka overlooking the Kafue River. From the lodge we will show you Kafue National Park, the ‘Real Africa’, huge areas of untouched nature, unspoiled by mass tourism. Kafue National Park is 22. 500 square kilometres, roughly the size of Switzerland. The activities done from the lodge are: Game drives, boat and fishing trips and walking safaris. In between activities our guests can relax at the poolside or on one of the decks overlooking the Kafue River. Elephants, impala, puku, hippo and lion are just a few regular visitors of the lodge.

Accommodation
Ten luxury chalets, with en-suite bathrooms, including one family unit, and five thatched safari tents, make a total of 32 beds. All chalets and safari tents overlook the Kafue River. The large distance between the chalets secures maximum privacy
